Ok…so you want to eat your cake and have it too?? Well…then this recipe is for you! How can this sweet treat taste so good and be so healthy (and easy)? Even your kids will like this one!
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup nut butter (organic almond or cashew)
1 Tb carob powder (or cacao powder)
Very light dusting of powdered Stevia
Melt coconut oil and nut butter over low heat. Stir in carob powder and Stevia. Pour into two custard cups and chill until solid.
